Prepare the ingredients
- 1 can of King Cup Sardines in tomato sauce – 425g
- 15g bean sprout
- 1.5g pepper
- 3g Ajinomoto
- 5g sugar
- 10g coriander
- 5g chiken essence
Directions
- Mince bean paste and chop coriander in dust.
- Put the can sardines into a bowl, add in all the other ingredients and mix well with tapioca flour.
- Heat the pan and pan fried with low heat until done.
