Prepare the ingredients

  • 1 can of King Cup Sardines in tomato sauce – 425g
  • 15g bean sprout
  • 1.5g pepper
  • 3g Ajinomoto
  • 5g sugar
  • 10g coriander
  • 5g chiken essence


  • Mince bean paste and chop coriander in dust.
  • Put the can sardines into a bowl, add in all the other ingredients and mix well with tapioca flour.
  • Heat the pan and pan fried with low heat until done.
