Prepare the ingredients
1 can of King Cup Sardines in tomato Source – 425g
15g bean sprout
5g chiken essence
Mince bean paste and chop coriander in dust.
Put the can sardines into a bowl, add in all the other ingredients and mix well with tapioca flour.
Heat the pan and pan fried with low heat until done.
